One day God woke me up very early and shared with me that He wanted to send out 6 foundational messages to business leaders…one per day for 6 days. Here is the 3rd of 6.
“I Am Your Greatest Business Partner!”
The “overwhelm” being experienced in business right now is across the board. It has nothing to do with economic slowdowns or too much to do. It has all to do with learning a new way to work in partnership with Me.
Those who explore and learn how much I am willing to do for them during their day-to-day life are the ones who will be able to find peace in a time of turmoil. Those who do not, will experience burnout and overwhelm. This is not a threat, it is simply a statement of what is happening.
- Learning how to allow Me to manage your schedule.
- Learning how to allow Me to run your projects and teams while you show up and participate will be essential.
- Learning how to focus on what I am focusing on is imperative.
I know what is necessary to run a successful organization and I care deeply about each and every person that is leading, as well as every single employee.
Of course, the greatest commandment remains – love God, love your neighbor. Love the people you work with. This is the most essential part of what you are doing. Just as I say in Matthew 6:33
“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” Matthew 6:33 ESV
Seek Me first in business. Follow My commandments in your organization. Love Me and put My priorities first. This does not mean that profit and financial health is not essential to Me. You cannot impact the Kingdom if you are not able to keep your organization running!
Seek me first though.

Work with coaches, trainers, mentors, and consultants that know Me!!!!! Make sure they understand this concept and can help lead you in this direction. If they don’t have a clue about what I am saying about partnering more and more with Me then they are not hearing Me because I have been speaking loudly to My people and My prophets. Test them first and only then, hire them and work with them faithfully, simply because this is what I have told you to do. This faithfulness will reap great rewards!
