Partner with God to do the Seemingly Impossible

“Seek the LORD and his strength; seek his presence continually!” 1 Chronicles 16:11 ESV

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11 ESV

I believe leadership is a sacred calling. God is not distant from the boardroom or the daily decisions CEOs face—He longs to guide, strengthen, and reveal what no human insight can uncover. My role is to help leaders walk closely with Him in the midst of real challenges, opportunities, and responsibilities.

My own journey began in the business world, where I spent over 30 years in leadership, strategy, and growth, primarily in technology. I experienced firsthand both the weight of responsibility and the gift of seeing God’s hand at work in practical ways. Over time, God drew me more deeply into prayer, discernment, and spiritual direction—leading me to serve CEOs and groups who want His wisdom at the center of their decisions.

That calling shapes everything I do through iMethod. My goal isn’t to add more to your already full plate—it’s to create space for God’s wisdom to enter your leadership in clear, practical ways. Whether through one-on-one partnership or Spirit Led Mastermind Groups, my heart is to walk alongside leaders who love hearing His voice, helping them align strategy, culture, and vision with His direction so that both they and their organizations thrive in ways that honor Him.

Statement of Faith

I believe in the triune God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who is living, present, and actively involved in every part of our lives. God is not distant; He is always speaking, always guiding, and always inviting us into relationship with Him.

I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the exact representation of the Father (Hebrews 1:3), who came to reveal God’s heart and redeem us through His life, death, and resurrection. Believing in Him—trusting who He is and what He has done—is our greatest work (John 6:29), and it is through Him that we find true life, freedom, and purpose.

I believe the Holy Spirit dwells within us, leading us into truth, comforting us in weakness, and empowering us to live and lead in alignment with God’s heart. The Spirit helps us hear God’s voice and follow His direction—not just in church settings, but in everyday life, including the complexities of leadership and work.

I believe God has plans for each of us, and He delights when we take time to listen for His guidance and partner with Him in both our lives and leadership. As we surrender our ways and invite Him into our work, we discover that leadership is not just a responsibility—it’s a calling.

I believe God is faithful to guide, encourage, heal, and love us. Whether in moments of clarity or seasons of confusion, He is present—and He is enough.
