Structure: Jared is the CEO of a medium sized business. We meet twice a week for coaching and to keep the company’s growth momentum moving and twice a month for financial statement and sales pipeline review. Consistent prayer and email support between meetings helps Jared remain encouraged. 

• Weekly working meetings: Jared appreciates having someone help him stay focused as he works on the business in addition to working in the business. We pray at the beginning of our meetings, giving the time to God, and work on specific projects that impact the organization. As things come up throughout the week Jared emails me or we have a quick phone call, and I keep an agenda of our projects and priorities. 
• Weekly coaching meetings: We meet each week simply to provide Jared the support He needs as the leader of the organization. He appreciates having a safe place to explore anything he needs to discuss, professionally and personally if it impacts his work. Every week is different and may focus on encouragement, working through a personal block impacting the growth of the organization, digging into an employee issue impacting him personally, leadership plans, growth opportunities, or other things God is challenging him with. Throughout our conversations we involve God by asking a specific question and listening for His answer or just asking God what He wants to share that day. 
• Weekly Prayer: In between meetings I provide prayer support for Jared’s business, family and sphere of influence. When God shares specific messages or insights during this prayer time I share them with Jared.
• Monthly financial statement review: Together we pray for God’s guidance and analyze the company’s financial statements, profit margin targets, ratios, etc. God used this time a few years ago to point out a flaw in Jared’s business model which, once corrected, increased the profitability of his organization significantly. God has also highlighted expenses that needed attention and even provided opportunities to cut costs and avoid incurring debt to achieve the desired growth. These meetings directly impact the financial success Jared has experienced over the past 2 years.
• Monthly sales pipeline review: We pray and invite God into the sales pipeline and then review opportunities, ask God to provide clients, explore prospecting ideas and create specific sales & marketing goals. God does the most amazing things during our meetings! One day He provided a comprehensive growth plan. Another day He revealed a surprising reason why Jared was experiencing a block in his pipeline. With His guidance Jared was quickly able to get his pipeline moving again and growth was restored. 
• Monthly Intercession: Once a month I spend an hour praying / interceding for Jared and his organization. God often uses this time to give me a vision, idea, or direction for the business or to let me know something that will help Jared grow his leadership abilities or relationship with God. 
• Projects: From time-to-time Jared will ask me to lead on a specific project. A couple of examples are:
  • Hiring:  Jared and I invite God’s wisdom as we develop job descriptions and hire employees. With God’s direct guidance I screen resumes and complete the initial interview and provide a short list for Jared to review. We interview candidates with the team, and God makes it clear who to hire. It is amazing how much more efficient and effective hiring is when God is involved!
  • Leadership Training: To support the growth of Jared’s leadership group he asked me to research and develop a 5-month leadership training program.  
• Employee / Customer Spiritual Support: Over the years Jared’s employees and customers have experienced significant health or life events. I have had the incredible honor of praying for and with these individuals as is appropriate based on their faith. The fact that Jared employs me to provide this type of support says so much about his generosity and care toward the people who are entrusted to him.      

Transformation Story:

• Jared has become a leader that seemed impossible a few years ago. He recently commented how he has grown well beyond what he ever thought possible for him and his business. His relationship with God is stronger than ever and his faith and trust in what he hears from God has increased exponentially.
• The business has experienced revenue growth of 30% year over year for the past 2 years and net margin has increased by 8%. The best part is that Jared maintained a reasonable work schedule while experiencing this growth. 
• God demonstrated the power of prayer & deep intercession when Jared took a leap of faith and asked me to pray for him weekly and intercede monthly. It is hard to quantify the benefits of prayer and intercession for a person and organization, but blessings seem so much more abundant than they were previously.

Investment: Jared invests $2,000 per month for all that is listed above excluding projects. Projects are completed at $170 per hour.
