Core Package

Before each of our one-hour core meetings, I set aside time to listen prayerfully and prepare a detailed “word” from God—uniquely tailored to you, your organization, and your current circumstances. This creates space for God to speak into any area of your work. During our meeting, I share what I’ve heard, and together we explore opportunities for growth, strategic direction, and challenges you’re facing—inviting God into every part of the conversation. If you have questions for God about specific situations, we bring those directly to Him and listen for His response in real time.

Core meetings can be monthly ($200/month), bi-weekly ($375/month), or weekly ($680/month)

One of the most meaningful ways I support clients is through intercessory prayer between sessions. It’s a way to carry your work forward—not just in your own strength, but with spiritual momentum and covering.

Between meetings, I intentionally pray and listen on your behalf, asking God for insight, encouragement, and breakthrough. If the Holy Spirit shares any Scriptures, impressions, or visions during that time, I’ll pass them along by email to support your continued growth and discernment. Monthly ($50/month), bi-weekly ($100/month), or weekly ($200/month)

We all carry questions—and the amazing truth is that God loves to answer them. He offers specific, timely wisdom for the real issues we face in leadership and business.

During these one-hour Q&A sessions, we bring your questions before God—about your business, opportunities, challenges, and potential paths forward—and then listen together for His insight. The Holy Spirit is faithful to speak, often revealing things we couldn’t see on our own. Clarity comes. Next steps emerge. And burdens lighten.

This is truly some of the most joyful and powerful work I get to do—watching God respond with wisdom that is personal, practical, and full of grace. ($170 per meeting.)

Financial Statement Review:

God is able to bless us much more easily when we manage our finances with His guidance! Together we review financial statements and invite God to give His guidance related to revenue opportunities, cost-cutting measures, and debt management. Financial ratios and cash flow analysis are also available if desired. Monthly one-hour financial statement review ($170 per meeting).

Sales / Pipeline Review:

God has so many insights to share related to your sales and pipeline. He may suggest a new revenue stream, ways to handle specific prospects, or divine support getting contracts signed. Prior to our meetings I spend time listening to Him for guidance. During our one-hour meetings we review what I heard ahead of time and seek God’s guidance as we explore each of your current opportunities. Monthly ($200), bi-weekly ($375).

Strategic Leadership and Goal Setting: 

For the eyes of the LORD roam to and fro over all the earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose hearts are fully devoted to Him. 2 Chronicles 16:9 BSB

Whether your leadership team are all believers or not we tailor our work based on the faith level of the team. If your team is faith based, we may pray at the beginning or listen for God’s guidance together during the meeting. If they are not, I pray ahead and listen throughout and share the guidance without identifying it, specifically, as God.

This add-on includes:

• Annual goal setting with the leadership team plus goal refresh at 6 months.
• Monthly leadership meetings to develop the leadership team’s vision and follow up on goals. Includes agenda preparation and meeting facilitation.
• Monthly coaching / growth focused conversations with each key leader.
• Virtually unlimited working meetings with the executive / leadership team to help complete strategic projects defined during goal setting. Keep the momentum going, move beyond blockers and have someone outside the leadership team available when a boost to internal collaboration or meeting facilitation is required. 

6-month commitment requested. ($2,000-$2,900/month depending on leadership team size)

Groups

Spirit Led Mastermind Groups

Practice Hearing God AND Receive Answers to your Specific Questions

Create your own or join a Mastermind group designed to incorporate God’s wisdom into your leadership strategy. 

iMethod facilitates groups of 3-4 leaders (within a single company or in non-competing fields) who meet monthly to seek God’s guidance as they lead their organization. 

Format: 

• Opening prayer and Scripture
• Each person shares a key opportunity, obstacle, and question for God
• The group prays and listens, sharing what God reveals
• We pray what God shared over the individual, then repeat for each participant
• Closing prayer

Length:

• 60 to 90 minutes

Cost:

• $85 per person

Do I need experience hearing from God to participate?

People joining a mastermind group may or may not hear God clearly, but they are open to trying. These groups are a fun and safe place to practice and it is amazing how fast God builds confidence in discerning His leading as we meet together.
